A more developed portrait study using a white chalk for the light areas and highlights, I use 2 different kinds of white chalk for this, one of them has a bit more pigment and more punch for a highlight, I've seen other artists use white acrylic or gouache paint for this purpose but then it becomes more mixed media then a dry media drawing.
