The model had to endure a difficult kinda pose in this one since she was leaning on her arms behind her back, at first glance it looks like an easy pose but after awhile....so no models don't always get it easy and its not true that only the artists do all the work:)

Another female portrait on toned paper(I ran out of it), I have to put the white highlights on it since the paper is too dark to use the eraser and achieve that highlight effect with that so I use the white chalk so the drawing can pop up towards the viewer.

The charcoal brick that I bought couple days ago found a good use in my drawings, its great for covering larger masses or darker shadows and it doesn't force you to go into unnecessary detail.

I used a darker brown-ish paper here as you can see, its pretty cool since you can use the paper's original tone as your middle value, the highlights are done with white chalk, yes.

A female nude caught in a moment of adjusting her hair, mostly vine charcoal with some darks added by hard pressed charcoal since the vine is more like grey then black.
