Two sketches from Saturday night's Live draw, the pastel was done in about 15min and the charcoal was a 5min pose, I'm always looking forward to these because you gotta be in the moment to gather the most important visual data in a compressed time interval, I really love the time pressure over my head when I'm actually forced to draw much faster then usual.

The more time I got, the more likely I'm gonna overthink and rationalize what I'm seeing, these are really great exercises for breaking your routines and taking you out of your comfort zone.
